Welcome to The Continent Club, the digital home of the African diaspora.
Our mission is to connect communities, celebrate African excellence, support businesses, encourage meaningful relationships, preserve culture, and create opportunities worldwide.
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on our Platform. They apply to all users, including visitors, members, businesses, organizations, community leaders, creators, sponsors, partners, and advertisers.
By using The Continent Club, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Do not:

● Threaten others.
● Intimidate anyone.
● Bully others.
● Encourage self-harm.
● Target users because of race, nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, or other protected characteristics.
● Repeatedly contact someone after they ask you to stop.
Healthy disagreement is welcome.
Personal attacks are not.

4. Authentic Accounts
You must represent yourself honestly.
You may not:
● Pretend to be another person.
● Create fake organizations.
● Impersonate businesses.
● Use another person’s photographs without permission.
● Misrepresent your identity.
● Create accounts to avoid previous suspensions.
Businesses and organizations should only create profiles they are authorized to manage.

5. Community Organizations
Community organizations should provide accurate information.
Only authorized representatives should submit or manage community listings.
Do not:
● Claim organizations you do not represent.
● Provide false contact information.
● Mislead members regarding leadership.
● Submit fraudulent organizations.
The Continent Club reserves the right to request additional verification or remove listings that appear inaccurate or misleading.

6. Business Directory
Businesses listed on the Platform should provide truthful and accurate information.
Do not:
● Advertise fraudulent businesses.
● Misrepresent products or services.
● Post misleading pricing.
● Use false reviews.
● Copy another business profile.
● Pretend to represent another company.
Businesses are responsible for keeping their listings current.
The Continent Club does not guarantee or endorse businesses listed in the directory.

7. Videos, Photos, and User Content
You may share videos, photographs, and other content that you own or have permission to use.
Content should contribute positively to the community.
Do not upload content that:
● Violates copyright.
● Contains pornography.
● Shows graphic violence.
● Encourages criminal activity.
● Promotes scams.
● Contains malicious software.
● Invades another person’s privacy.
● Violates applicable law.
You remain responsible for all content you upload.

8. Sapology
Sapology is a celebration of elegance, confidence, creativity, and cultural heritage.
We encourage members to respectfully showcase fashion, style, and self-expression.
Members may not use Sapology to:
● Harass others.
● Humiliate individuals.
● Promote hate.
● Impersonate another creator.
● Upload copyrighted content without permission.
Members are encouraged to appreciate the cultural origins of Sapology while welcoming respectful participation from all backgrounds.

9. Moms Circle
The Moms Circle is a private space for members.
Conversations should remain respectful, supportive, and confidential.
Members should avoid sharing another participant’s personal information outside the Circle without permission.
Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks are not permitted.

10. Men’s Leadership Circle
The Men’s Leadership Circle exists to encourage respectful conversations regarding leadership, fatherhood, family, business, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and community.
Members should treat one another with respect even when opinions differ.

11. Unity Cup Live
Unity Cup Live is intended to encourage positive competition while supporting charitable initiatives.
Participants may not:
● Manipulate results.
● Use automated systems.
● Harass competitors.
● Cheat.
● Interfere with broadcasts.
Virtual gifts should be used responsibly.

12. Messaging
Private messaging is intended for respectful communication.
Do not use messaging to:
● Harass users.
● Send repeated unwanted messages.
● Solicit illegal activities.
● Conduct scams.
● Threaten users.
● Send malicious links.
● Distribute malware.
Users should report inappropriate behavior through the reporting tools available on the Platform.
To ensure a safe environment, we strictly require adherence to the following rules:
No harassment
No hate speech
No scams
No nudity or sexual exploitation
No child exploitation
No illegal content
