Virtual Items Policy

1. Introduction
This Virtual Items Policy explains how Coins, Gifts, Diamonds, Points, and any other virtual items (“Virtual Items”) work within The Continent Club.
By purchasing, earning, receiving, or using Virtual Items, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Virtual Items are intended solely for use within The Continent Club and do not represent real-world money, bank deposits, investments, or any ownership interest.

2. What Are Virtual Items?
Virtual Items are digital items that may be purchased, earned, or awarded for use exclusively within The Continent Club.
Depending on features available on the Platform, Virtual Items may include:
● Coins
● Gifts
● Diamonds
● Points
● Badges
● Digital collectibles
● Other digital rewards introduced in the future
Virtual Items have no monetary value outside The Continent Club and may only be used for purposes authorized by the Platform.

3. Coins
Coins are virtual credits that users may purchase to unlock or access certain features available within The Continent Club.
Coins may be used to:
● Send Gifts to creators or other eligible users.
● Purchase eligible digital features.
● Unlock premium experiences when available.
● Access other approved Virtual Items.
Coins are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between users unless a feature specifically allows it.
Your current Coin balance is displayed inside your account.

4. Purchasing Coins
Coins may be purchased through:
● Apple App Store In-App Purchases
● Google Play Billing
● Other payment methods made available by The Continent Club where permitted
Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, platform fees, promotional offers, or applicable laws.
All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or granted under the payment provider’s policies.

5. Gifts
Gifts are digital items purchased using Coins.
Users may send Gifts to eligible creators or users where the gifting feature is available.
Gifts are intended as a voluntary expression of appreciation or support.
Sending a Gift does not create ownership rights, financial investment, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee any response from the recipient.
Once successfully sent, Gifts are considered consumed and generally cannot be reversed or refunded except where required by law.

6. Diamonds
Diamonds represent creator earnings and engagement generated through eligible Gifts received on the Platform.
Diamonds are awarded according to The Continent Club’s internal systems and may be adjusted for fraud prevention, abuse detection, technical errors, chargebacks, policy violations, or other security measures.
Receiving Diamonds does not automatically guarantee eligibility for payouts.
Additional verification, identity checks, tax documentation, or program requirements may apply before payouts are approved.

7. Points
Points may be awarded for participating in promotions, challenges, referrals, community activities, or other eligible events.
Points may be used for rewards if The Continent Club offers a redemption program.
Points:
● have no cash value;
● cannot be sold or transferred;
● may expire if specified;
● may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Refunds
Coin purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.
If Coins are purchased directly from The Continent Club through an approved payment method, refund requests will be reviewed according to applicable law and our internal refund procedures.
Coins, Gifts, Diamonds, and Points already used, redeemed, or consumed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If a refund is approved after Virtual Items have already been used, The Continent Club may adjust your account balance or recover the corresponding Virtual Items where permitted.

9. Ownership and License
Virtual Items remain the property of The Continent Club.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Items only within the Platform.
You may not:
● sell Virtual Items;
● trade Virtual Items;
● transfer Virtual Items;
● exchange Virtual Items for money;
● use Virtual Items outside The Continent Club;
● exploit Virtual Items for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.

10. Fraud, Abuse, and Account Actions
The Continent Club reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized purchases, chargebacks, account abuse, automated activity, exploitation of system errors, or violations of our policies.
Where appropriate, we may:
● remove Virtual Items;
● adjust balances;
● suspend purchases;
● suspend payouts;
● restrict Virtual Item access;
● suspend or terminate accounts.
These actions help protect our community and maintain the integrity of the Platform.

11. Changes to Virtual Items
We may introduce, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any Virtual Item, pricing, feature, redemption option, or rewards program at any time.
Where required by law, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.
