Virtual Items Policy

1. Introduction

This Virtual Items Policy ("Policy") explains how Coins, Gifts, Diamonds, Points, and any other virtual assets (collectively, "Virtual Items") operate within the mobile applications and web platforms operated by The Continent Club LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, earning, receiving, or using Virtual Items, you expressly agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Community Standards. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or interact with Virtual Items.

Virtual Items are intended solely for entertainment use within The Continent Club. They do not constitute property, possess no fiat value, and do not represent real-world money, bank deposits, investments, or financial securities.

2. What Are Virtual Items?

The Company grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to utilize specific digital representations on the platform. The platform operates using four distinct types of Virtual Items:

Coins: Digital tokens purchased with fiat currency via authorized payment gateways or third-party app stores. Coins exist solely to buy Gifts.

Gifts: Digital animations or assets unlocked by spending Coins to show appreciation to other users or content creators.

Diamonds: Internal points credited to content creators based on the popularity of their content and Gifts received.

Points: Non-monetary promotional tokens distributed by the platform for completing specific engagement or referral milestones.

3. Purchasing and Using Coins

All purchases of Coins are final and handled through designated third-party payment platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or authorized web credit card processors).

Pricing: The Company reserves the right to alter pricing, packages, or availability of Coins at any time without prior notice.

Usage: Coins can only be used to acquire platform Gifts. They cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered to any other user or outside entity.

Exclusion: Coins do not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed for cash or physical property from the Company.

4. Gifts and Diamonds (Creator Rewards)

When a user activates a Gift for a creator, the corresponding balance of Coins is deducted immediately from the sender’s account.

Final action: Sending a Gift is an instantaneous, public, and irreversible transaction. Gifts cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Conversion: The receipt of a Gift triggers an automated allocation of Diamonds to the receiving creator's balance. The allocation rate is determined entirely at the Company's discretion.

Cash-Out eligibility: Creators may request to redeem accumulated Diamonds for monetary rewards under our separate Creator Growth Program. The Company reserves the right to set minimum threshold balances, charge processing fees, or withhold payouts pending identity verification (KYC) or compliance audits.

5. Restrictions and Prohibitions

To ensure community safety, users are strictly prohibited from participating in any of the following activities:

Trading: Selling, trading, or laundering Virtual Items outside the native tools provided by the application.

Fraud: Obtaining Virtual Items via unauthorized automated scripts, bots, platform exploits, or fraudulent credit cards.

Coercion: Soliciting Gifts or Coins through harassment, intimidation, deceptive behavior, or by promising offline real-world favors.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Account Deactivation

Except where explicitly mandated by applicable local consumer law, all purchases of Virtual Items are strictly non-refundable.

Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or app store for a valid Coin purchase constitutes a material breach of this Policy. The Company reserves the right to freeze or permanently terminate accounts associated with chargebacks.

Account termination: If your account is deactivated, banned, or terminated due to a violation of our Community Standards, all unused Coins, Gifts, Diamonds, and Points remaining in your balance are forfeited immediately and permanently. The Company bears no liability for lost digital asset balances resulting from regulatory compliance or safety bans.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Virtual Items are provided entirely on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items, exchange rates, and feature utilities at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party.
